Draw a curved line from your pinky finger to your ring finger and another line from pinky finger to the middle finger.

Draw flowers in between these two curved lines. Continue the pattern to the top of the middle finger. Cover the remaining space between the lines with concentric circles all the way up to the middle finger.

Draw two curved lines from your wrist to your thumb. Thicken the lines. Repeat the same pattern of flowers and concentric circles inside the lines.

Join these two designs by a series of curved lines, say up to 5 lines. Keep dots over these lines so they appear like jewels.

Add three more lines and decorate them with dots. Draw lines from ½ cm away from your nails in all your fingers. Dab the space in between the nails and the line with, henna. Take care not to exceed these limits.

Repeat the above pattern on the index finger and this time draw the design at the lower section of the index finger. When you place your hand down, the pattern is seen in a diagonal form.

Starting from your pinky finger cover the entire space between the two curved lines with beautiful flowers. Draw concentric circles and above it draw close-knit petals followed by dots. Cover the entire space with this pattern till you reach the nail bed of your thumb.

Draw a butterfly design at the dorsal side of your hand. You can practice the design a couple of times on a sheet of paper before you draw the henna design.
